The Sale Trap
I used to love Steam sales.
The anticipation. The discounts. The thrill of building a cart full of games I'd been eyeing for months. I'd wait for the big sale events—Summer, Winter, Halloween—and then I'd buy everything that looked interesting.
And then I'd play almost none of it.

3. Eastward (2021)

4. Watch gameplay videos. The trailers are marketing. The gameplay is reality.
5. Be selective. Don't buy a dozen games. Buy two or three you'll actually play.
